Some of NJAC’s Federal Cases include:

Alleging Defendants organized a violent riot outside of Adas Torah synagogue in Los Angeles, CA, and blocked the entrance to the house of worship in violation of the both the state and federal FACE Acts.

Alleging Palestine Chronicle knowingly used and paid known Hamas associates embedded with Hamas, including an official Hamas spokesman who held and tortured Israeli hostages in his home, to spread Hamas propaganda, in violation of the Antiterrorism Act.

Alleging UNRWA USA is aware that UNRWA works with and for Hamas by providing operational and financial support for their activities, and UNRWA USA aids, abets, and provides material support for those activities under the guise of humanitarian assistance in violation of the Antiterrorism Act.

Alleging Binance knowingly facilitated transfers of money to Hamas over the course of five years, and C-suite individuals and employees knew that operations were being used to fund Hamas and failed to file a suspicious activity report with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network in violation of the Bank Secrecy Act.

Alleging AJP Educational Foundation Inc. and National Students for Justice in Palestine, which controls the various SJP campus chapters, coordinates with FTO’s to influence students “to serve as foot soldiers for Hamas on campus and beyond,” in violation of the Antiterrorism Act.

Newman v. The Associated Press: Alleging the Associated Press (“AP”) knowingly used and paid known Hamas associates embedded with Hamas in order to post real-time photographs of the atrocities of October 7, in violation of the Antiterrorism Act.
