Protecting Rights,
Fighting Antisemitism

Mission

Since its founding in 2020 the National Jewish Advocacy Center (NJAC) has become recognized as a leader in combatting antisemitism by developing and supporting innovative legal solutions that drive change.

Incidents of antisemitic hate crimes, discriminatory rhetoric, and biased policies have become increasingly more common. Antisemitic conspiracy theories have gained traction and have been disseminated through media and certain political channels.

The failure of institutions to adequately address and condemn these attitudes contributes directly to the catastrophic rise of institutionalized antisemitism that has erupted across America—and around the world.

NJAC leverages the legal system to combat antisemitism by aggressively prosecuting acts of hate, assisting the community with legal representation, training the next generation of civil rights advocates and engaging law makers, community organizations and other stakeholders.

Strategic Impact Litigation

NJAC leverages its experience, expertise and our Nation’s legal system to combat the rising epidemic of antisemitic activity.

NJAC Institute for Litigation Coordination

The NJAC Institute for Litigation Coordination ensures that efforts are not duplicated, best practices are proliferated, and resources are allocated strategically.

NJAC Education

NJAC develops and implements training and curriculum to ensure that the next generation of legal professionals is prepared to protect civil rights.

Leadership

The leadership of the National Jewish Advocacy Center is comprised of individuals who believe that we need to change the international conversation about Jewish people and about the Jewish State stemming from age-old and hate-filled false narratives. We also believe, however, that we cannot gain support by always playing defense.

Our leadership believes that it is time to shift the narrative from a defensive one that argues for Israel to simply be treated as an equal, to an empowered one which teaches about the valuable principles Israel stands for, including civil liberties, religious freedom, and tolerance, and a healthy self-respect which marries an undeterred optimism for peace with an unapologetic need for guaranteed national security.
