NJAC Clerkships
Thanks to The Marvin and Susan Raskin Charitable Trust and other generous donors, NJAC is pleased to offer several types of fully remote clerkships for graduate and undergraduate students intending to pursue a career in law and interested in being key players in active, strategic impact litigation. On the application linked above, please indicate which type of clerkship you are looking for and for what period of time. We are grateful for your interest in supporting our mission.
Marvin and Susan Raskin Clerkships
Ten selected clerks will work remotely from their preferred location with our attorneys for at least ten weeks, at least 30 hours per week, earning an honorarium for the summer. Interested law students should apply online for consideration for this clerkship program on a rolling basis. We tend to take new clerks at the start of each semester and the start of the summer. Thank you very much for your interest.
Clerkships for Academic Credit
NJAC also offers fully remote clerkships for academic credit in accordance with the regulations of your law school and of the state in which the school is located.
Volunteer (Unpaid) Clerkships
Finally, we also welcome as remote volunteers those students whose available time is uncertain or variable and for whom academic credit is not appropriate.
If you are a donor interested in funding additional clerkships, please email giving@njaclaw.org.
