Two American-Israeli dual citizens, Issachar Manne and Yitzhak Levi Pilant, have filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration, challenging sanctions imposed under Executive Order 14115. They argue the sanctions violate their constitutional rights to due process and equal protection, targeting them as "foreign persons" despite their U.S. citizenship. The lawsuit, supported by NJAC, highlights the State Department’s alleged lack of evidence and inconsistency in applying sanctions, particularly against Jewish individuals in the West Bank. NJAC continues to advocate for fairness and transparency in U.S. policy decisions.
