On Wednesday, May 13, NJAC Associate Director and Senior Counsel Ben Schlager spoke as part of the Jewish Bar Association of New Jersey's Continuing Legal Education program entitled, "We Will Not Be Silenced: The Legal Battle Against Antisemitism." He spoke about the way in which NJAC innovated the use of the FACE Act to protect synagogues from protest disturbances and the various Anti Terorrism Act cases that NJAC has brought in federal courts throughout the country.
