Whistleblower Reporting
Strict Confidentiality, Anonymity, and Protection Against Retaliation
NJAC is committed to protecting whistleblowers who have experienced antisemitism and to safeguarding their rights.
No one should face antisemitic discrimination. If you have experienced or witnessed it, you deserve to be heard — and protected. To that end, the National Jewish Advocacy Center offers a program by which whistleblower concerns are heard and considered securely. We provide a safe, confidential way for you to share information and explore your legal options.
You Can Report Anonymously. Using our whistleblower form, you may submit information to NJAC completely anonymously. You do not have to provide your name, contact information, or any identifying details to report misconduct. If you choose to remain anonymous, simply avoid including identifying details unless they are necessary to explain what happened.
Your Information Is Kept Strictly Confidential. All whistleblower communications are treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your identity — or the substance of your report — without your express consent, unless disclosure is required by law or court order. We do not voluntarily reveal, confirm, or suggest a whistleblower’s identity to any employer, government agency, third party, or adverse party without explicit authorization. We also use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the privacy and security of all submissions.
If you prefer, you may request encrypted or other secure communication methods.
The law protects individuals who report misconduct in good faith from retaliation. Federal and state whistleblower protection laws — including statutes such as the False Claims Act, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the Dodd-Frank Act, and various state laws — prohibit retaliation. Retaliation can include: termination, demotion, suspension, harassment or threats, reduction in pay, blacklisting, or other harmful actions. If you believe you have experienced retaliation — or are concerned that you might — NJAC can advise you about your legal rights and possible remedies.
Important Notice. Submitting information through this website does not create an attorney–client relationship. Representation begins only after a written engagement agreement is signed by both you and the firm.
